Finding time to exercise can be a challenge. Making exercise a daily habit is even more difficult! However, if you tie exercise into something that is already part of your routine, you’ll find it much easier to do. Before you head into the shower each morning, spend 5 minutes (yes, that is all!) performing this energy-boosting routine.
- Walk in place for 15 seconds
- Do 30 jumping jacks
- Perform 30 squats
- Plank for 30 seconds
- Perform plank with shoulder and knee taps for 30 seconds
- Do 30 bicycle crunches
- Perform 30 reverse planks with leg lifts
- Do 30 squats
- Jog in place for 30 seconds
- Walk for 15 seconds
