Alexandra had struggled all of her life with sticking to a healthy diet and getting the right exercise. She was frustrated with her recent weight gain, and was wasting money on a gym membership she never used. She called Health Advocate to access the Wellness Program.
Since the joining the Wellness Program, Alexandra has:
- Developed a healthy lifestyle plan with her Wellness Coach and has progress meetings every two weeks
- Learned how to make healthy snacks with recipes provided by her Wellness Coach
- Started taking yoga and Zumba classes at her gym after being encouraged by her coach
- Lost 32 pounds and feels like she’s made a permanent change in her lifestyle
