Recipe: Quick Strawberry “Cheesecake”

Enjoy the flavors of cheesecake without turning on the oven. It’s a refreshing take on an old favorite!


Makes 1 serving

1½ tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus a pinch, divided

  • If you need to make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers instead

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon strawberry jam

¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Total time 5 minutes

  1. Layer 1 1/2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs in a bowl
  2. Top with yogurt, jam, and lemon zest
  3. Top with more graham cracker crumbs
