Health Advocate’s 2019 Customer Focus campaign continues our honored tradition of offering a 3-month long series of fun events held internally from October through December–the peak open enrollment season. The campaign is designed to thank our team for providing outstanding personalized service to our members.
This year’s theme is Kind hearts, strong minds, brave spirits. Legends of heroes, myths of enchanted lands, tales of magical powers and folklore of cunning creatures inspire kindness, intelligence and bravery. These stories emphasize a strong moral code of trust, collaboration and perseverance. As the heroes of Health Advocate, our employees help our members face obstacles with kind hearts, strong minds and brave spirits to help them navigate through complex healthcare issues.
The kickoff to Customer Focus 2019 began with a special buffet luncheon on October 5 for all staff. Employees had fun snapping pictures at the Selfie Booth and playing Royal Games to win fun prizes. Employees also received a medieval-themed calendar with beautiful imagery and motivating quotes that inspire them to be brave and strong as they help members on their quest for good health.
The Customer Focus calendar also includes a roster of fun events. Employees will enjoy dress down days; an annual Halloween party; contests for best pet costume, best cubicle decorations, and best decorated pumpkin; games like Spin the Wheel; and goodies including ice cream, a yogurt bar, healthy snacks and a chocolate fountain.
