Health Advocate’s 2018 Customer Focus campaign continues our honored tradition of offering a 3-month long series of fun events held internally from October through December– the peak open enrollment season. The campaign is designed to thank our team for providing outstanding personalized service to our members.
This year’s theme, Enjoy Your Journey, reflects our story that, as individuals on our own unique journey in life, we all have challenges that we strive to overcome. This has made us stronger, wiser, healthier individuals, enabling us to expertly guide our members on their own path to better health and well-being. The Customer Focus-themed natural environment posters, props, and planned activities remind us that we are—and are continuing to be—the ultimate “wilderness guides,” helping each member successfully navigate the complex healthcare environment so they can safely reach their destination.
The kickoff to Customer Focus 2018 began with a special buffet luncheon on October 6 for all staff. Employees had fun snapping pictures at the Selfie Booth while posing with props like marshmallows on a stick, fishing lines, and campfires. Our colorful nature-themed calendar with beautiful photos of mountains, forests, rivers and starry skies accompanied by motivating quotes inspires us to continue to offer steadfastness, perseverance and guidance as we help others on their journey to better health and well-being.
The Customer Focus calendar also includes a roster of fun events. Employees will enjoy karaoke; contests for best pet costume, carved pumpkin, cube decoration, ugliest sweater, and chili; games like Spin the Wheel; and goodies including Philly pretzels, healthy snacks and a chocolate fountain.
