This free app provides you both a soundtrack and a top fitness instructor to help you maximize your workout. It is available for both Android and iOS. How it works

Upon downloading the app, you’ll be asked to sign up. If you want to try the app before signing up, you can do so. It will allow you to perform one workout of your choice. You can choose from treadmill, bike, elliptical, other cardio (assorted types of workouts), and the “surprise me” option. Next, you’ll choose the length of your workout. The app will then generate a list of workouts you may be interested in trying. Note that you will need to subscribe to the app after doing a certain amount of workouts with it.
