Kelly’s child needed tubes in her ears because of repeated ear infections. She wanted to compare costs for this procedure and also wanted an estimate of what she could expect to pay.
Solution: Health Advocate researched cost estimates for this procedure in her area; provided a detailed report listing low, likely, and high costs; and explained what her out-of-pocket costs we likely to be. This resulted in a potential savings of more than $7,000.
