With the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year, Health Advocate’s employees recently donated back-to-school supplies to Feel The Warmth, a non-profit organization that provides school supplies and other items to the less fortunate in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Health Advocate coordinated the back-to-school materials drive as part of Feel The Warmth’s annual School Supply & Uniform Campaign. Employees donated gently used or new backpacks, school uniforms and other school supplies for distribution by Feel The Warmth to area students.
Feel The Warmth finds families through schools and organizations in the area that help with housing assistance, food stamps or utility aid. Families are also recommended by neighbors and friends who know someone facing financial difficulties.
