1½ tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus a pinch, divided
- If you need to make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers instead
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
¼ teaspoon lemon zest

- Layer 1 1/2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs in a bowl
- Top with yogurt, jam, and lemon zest
- Top with more graham cracker crumbs
